LOVE: Strangers interactiong with each other through their silhouettes.

Strangers connect via silhouettes—art and technology fostering unexpected interaction. Shown at Sensorium Milan 2019, including engagement from audiences and thinkers such as Yuval Noah Harari.

Installation Interaction Italy

In a groundbreaking collaboration, Andres Villa Torres from Labor 5020 partnered with Sandro Poli, representing both H-Farm & Labor 5020, to envision and bring to life a Sensual Installation that tapped into the innovative capabilities of 3D Pointclouds. The dynamic duo, backed by the technological prowess of partners like H-Farm, Labor 5020, Gucci, and Fast Company, crafted a Spatial Installation. This installation wasn't merely a passive piece; it actively invited visitors to interact through touch, fostering a unique environment where engagement went beyond the visual, prompting strangers to experience full-body contact under the gentle stimulus of a Responsive Light Membrane.

The intersection of art and technology was evident in the tools employed to sculpt this experience. With the use of technologies such as Kinect, C++, Java, and Open Frameworks, the installation seamlessly melded the digital with the tactile. Dubbed 'LOVE', the installation was a hallmark of the 'Sensorium' exhibition at the European Innovation Festival in Milan, Summer 2019, curated by Fast Company and H-Farm and elegantly hosted at the Gucci Hub. Among the myriad of attendees, thought leaders, and enthusiasts, 'LOVE' captured the attention and admiration of renowned historian Yuval Noah Harari, showcasing the installation's universal appeal and impact.
